All carriage is automatically calculated and charged at a rate depending on where you are located and you see all totals before committing to buy.

How quickly do you Deliver orders?

a) Delivery time for in stock items will normally be within 10 - 15 working days from receipt of your order. However in exceptional circumstances Delivery may take up to 28 days though we will endeavour to dispatch all items as quickly as possible or b) Parcel Force's national distribution team guarantee UK delivery within 48 working hours. However for locations outside if the UK, delivery times may vary.

What if there are items missing from my order?

All orders are dispatched with a delivery note detailing the specification of items contained in delivery. All items should be checked off upon receipt of delivery and any missing items must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Any delivery that contains missing items should be signed for as DELIVERY INCOMPLETE & ITEMS MISSING at point of delivery and discrepancies must be reported in writing within 48 hours of initial delivery.

What if items are damaged upon receipt of my order?

All items should be checked off upon receipt of delivery and any damaged items must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery accompanied by photographic evidence of the state of damage. Any delivery that contains damaged items should be signed for as DELIVERY COMPLETE & ITEMS DAMAGED at point of delivery and description of damage must be reported in writing accompanied with photographic evidence within 48 hours of initial delivery.

What if you are out of stock on an item I have ordered?

Normally the items listed on our website are in stock. In the event that an ordered item is out of stock we will notify you of this by email and give you an estimated delivery time for the item. If the new delivery date does not meet your expectations then you are free to change, refund or cancel your order.

* Please note - If your order has yet to be dispatched, you will have up to 14 days to cancel in order to receive a full refund.

If your order has been dispatched or delivered, however you no longer need it, we’re happy to accept this back. Our 30 day returns guarantee means you can return your order within 30 days from the date of delivery. Any returned items must be unopened and in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund.

If you’d like to arrange a return, please make sure you have the following information to hand so we can deal with your query as quickly as possible:

  • Your sales order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email)
  • Your contact details

Please note: You are responsible for returning the goods to us at your expense, original delivery cost is non-refundable.
Once received, your refund will be with you within 21 days.

What if you are not interested to proceed after placing the the order like you want a full refund?

  • Refund request will be accepted in 7 days from the date of placing the order
  • Refund amount will be processed up to 21 working days after receiving the refund form.

Any refunds requested will be processed to the same payment method the order was originally placed with.
